This is your student's fee portion of the student FBA participant contract. Only students who successfully audition and are selected will pay this fee.

Payment Options

1. Online Payment (Credit Card or ACH)

• Select “Pay in Full” at checkout
• Fees: 3% for credit card payments, 1.3% for ACH payments

2. Check/Zelle

• Select “Pay Later” at checkout
• Make Checks payable to PVHS Band Boosters, place in Mr. Lezcano's OR uniform closet lockboxes (behind door).
• Send Zelle payment to: pvhsband
